My disability is lack of balance and coordination to go up and down stairs, I need assistance while maneuvering to come up or down the beautiful authentic vintage steps but unfortunately it is a health & safety issue for me, especially when there are no handrails. I understand that having an aluminium rails would spoil the authenticity of this Incredible venue, which for me, it's my utter pleasure to attend. Read moreHad a horrible experience at the Spazju Kreattiv cinema. Booked tickets but due to reasons beyond my control arrived 15 mins late. Was not allowed entry. I understand that people shouldn't be interrupted by latecomers, but then, would you tell someone that is already in the cinema, not to go to the toilet? You'd still be interrupting.
To top it off, staff treated us like children instead of being understanding to our frustration. At least if you have to enforce such policy, be empathetic towards your customers.
Providing us with vouchers does not make up for the terrible...
