This is a great spa in libertad neighbourhood, close to pedregal and the downtown. The spa itself had a great design and is well maintained and is overall very cute and welcoming. Booking is a breeze, if you don’t speak great Spanish don’t worry the staff speak English and if you book through WhatsApp they get back to you very quickly. I first visited this spot last year because I was looking for premium hair products and they carry kerastase which is one of my favourites. I also ordered a teeth whitening kit through their dentist that worked really well. I came back recently because they were having some great promotions on a range of services including hair, nails and facials. I loved my facial, they carry biologique recherche, a French brand that is considered one of the best skincare lines in the world and they had a great promo$50 usd/ $75 cad for a treatment. I had the facial yesterday and my skin looks wonderful today. I also had a gel manicure and they had a great selection of Colors and my aesthetician was very kind and very skilled. I only gave them four stars because I am not a fan of my hair cut. While the stylist was nice he didn’t use clips to section of my hair and cut precisely and as a result my cut is uneven and choppy at parts. But he did style it well. Overall this is a wonderful salon, I would highly recommend it when you are in Cabo. Also some other people have mentioned discrepancies with price I have never experienced that, the regular price and promotion prices were clearly communicated to me and i have never had any issues. I was a customer on and off for 2 years but then I found that they changed all the employees. Facials and massages have always been good so 2 stars not 1 but the new hairdresser… He just ruined my hair and my summer. I came in for a treatment but he said he would cut it a little (I've done this before with a woman who used to work, it was always good, she always did maybe 0.3 inches on the ends). He cut off at least 10 inches of my hair and it looked terrible, I hate having short hair on me, I didn't ask for it. Also made weird shape and was at least 1 inch apart between the two sides. I had to go to my regular stylist to get better cut . He burned my scalp with a curling iron at least 5 times! Who knows why they took this guy , he is far from professional , I have to do extensions now after that! 5 years I didn’t need! And they charged me 500 pesos more , I was so shocked and only checked their price list at home. They already overcharged me at my second time but gave me money back once I recognized difference, but at least experience was good before , no way I go...
