Casa Amari — Hotel in Mexico City

We are low maintenance travelers. The service that they provided to us was truly outstanding. I was admiring a stylized bench with beautiful stonework, a cup of coffee in my hand. The person on that morning, grabbed a towel and wipe things down so I can enjoy my coffee on this beautiful bench. Although no one on site seems to speak English, we worked it out between ourselves with translators and traditional travelers communication. Really nice spot in the Polanco area. We recently spent two weeks at Casa Amari with family and friends. The house is beautiful, with very comfortable rooms.. It is located in Polanco, the best area of Mexico City. It is near many great restaurants and beautiful parks, very safe to walk around. The service was excellent. Jose took care of our reservations and with patience and good humor handled our room and date adjustments. Sebastián and Jose Luis let us in and out of the house always with a smile.
