Arrive at any time”: FALSE. (Booked via Hostelworld.) I booked this hotel specifically because the listing promised check-in at any hour. My flight landed at 12:30 a.m. (40-minute delay). I left the airport around 1:00 a.m., tried contacting the property upon arriving in Marrakech—no answer. I paid for a taxi to the hotel and arrived at 1:30 a.m. I rang the bell for 20 minutes. No one. Eventually, a man came out and told me to stop ringing “at this hour.” I calmly explained this is a hotel, I had a reservation, and I had no other place to sleep. He said he didn’t care and shut the door in my face. Full stop. What this means for future guests: if you arrive late, don’t expect any check-in or assistance, despite what the listing claims. You may be left outside in the middle of the night, with your luggage, in a city you might be visiting for the first time. This isn’t a minor “hiccup”: it’s a broken promise that puts guests in a difficult and unsafe situation, costing time, money, and turning a first impression of Marrakech into a very cold welcome. Two simple, immediate fixes I’m asking for: 1. The property and Hostelworld should remove any “arrive at any time/24-hour check-in” claim until there is an actual night reception, an entry code, or a truly reachable emergency number. 2. They should clearly state a late-arrival procedure (who answers, how you get in, what to do if something goes wrong) so others don’t relive the same surreal scene at 1:30 a.m. This is not an angry outburst; it’s my factual experience. I was sold 24/7 check-in on Hostelworld—it simply didn’t exist. I was denied entry while standing at the door with a confirmed reservation. No attempt to help, understand, or even listen. That’s unacceptable for any place that claims to host travelers. Thankfully, the Moroccans I met right after were incredibly kind and quickly restored my confidence in the city. Marrakech deserves better than this first impression. So do travelers. As it stands, I strongly advise against this hotel for anyone arriving at night, and I hope this review spares others the same unpleasant surprise.

The most unprofessional and unacceptable experience ever! After an exhausting 8-hour drive, they canceled my reservation just one hour before my arrival in Marrakech—without any explanation! No prior notice, no justification—just complete disregard for their customers. And to make things worse, I still haven’t received my refund! This is nothing short of a scam, and such unethical businesses should not be allowed to operate. Authorities need to step in and shut this place down immediately! Avoid this establishment at all costs unless you want to be left stranded and robbed of your money

AMAZING! The little ROOFTOP was sooo cute and the fact that it is not too big makes it easy to socialize in the evenings and mornings. You can buy your own stuff, drinks and chill there. The breakfast was simple but nice. The reception is always occupied by nice guys, Abdel ans Salah arr SUUUUPER cool and helpful. The locker was perfect and shower big and clean. The location is bit hidden and looks unsafe but I felt safe and thanks to google maps it was easy as well. Recommend if you want to have a SUPER CHILL EXPERIENCE

(25 female) Very strange experience staying at this hostel. The owners brother was in charge for the 9 hours we were there, and on arrival at 2am he offered us both massages which was forward but nothing untoward. We insisted we just wanted to sleep. I then went to the bathroom in the middle of the night to which he came running down the stairs, offered me more massages and tried to coerce me upstairs because he wanted to have a 'private discussion' with me. I, again, insisted I wanted to go back to my bed, but was more disturbed this time round. I was later woken up by him doing the same to another girl staying at the hostel. Would absolutely not recommend for any solo female travellers as I did not feel totally safe, even with my male partner travelling with me. We left in the morning straight away. The advertised air-conditioning didn't work as well and it was far too...

Omijać szerokim łukiem, krętacze i naciągacze! Jedna wielka porażka i masakra,...
