Greeting from Malaysia! I went there for my ABC trekking from 8th March to 22 March 2025!! It was a very exciting and pleasant trek with Janaki! The stays in this airbnb was amazing, the location is good and it’s walking distance to Thamel street, and it is also near to other tourist attractions such as Bhudha Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. I will definitely go back again for another trek with Janaki!

The BnB Royal Tourist House has been an amazing experience to finish a month stay in Nepal. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Janaki was also kind enough to wake up at 4am to provide breakfast before departing. Overall, the staff were very kind and accommodating and I would recommend staying here when visiting Nepal.

Me hospedé en esta casa hotel y fue una experiencia excelente. El lugar es muy limpio y bien cuidado, con una cocina disponible y agua fresca tanto fría como caliente. El baño cuenta con ducha de agua caliente, lo cual se agradece mucho después de un día de recorrido, y las camas son sumamente cómodas, perfectas para descansar. La ubicación es ideal: un sector tranquilo y bonito, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de zonas turísticas a las que se puede llegar caminando fácilmente. El ambiente es hospitalario y cálido, lo que hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Además, el hotel ofrece tours por todo Nepal, siendo su especialidad el senderismo de montaña, una opción perfecta para quienes desean conocer la naturaleza y la cultura local de una manera más auténtica. Sin duda, un lugar que recomiendo y al que volvería con gusto.

When I arrived in Nepal, Kathmandu I met stayed at BnB Royal tourist I met the owner Janaki he was super nice and welcoming!, I came back 4 weeks later and I can confirm he is by far the best host, him and his wife work close together and they both made me feel so welcome, i felt like a part of his family.

I got given the ground floor double room suite it was really nice!, he made sure I was happy with my room I was super clean and the beds were soooooo comfy I slept like a queen on both occasions and the most delicious breakfast was amazing cooked to perfection!

I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Kathmandu and wanting a...

Worst experience I ever had in my life The guesthouse is not a good man. He’s treating the visitors and the guests not nice, he’s locking the doors of the hostel on 10 pm and telling the guests to call him We called him in 11 pm and he didn’t open us the hotel for a hour we waited outside and he didn’t care about us as well He’s making the guests to feel a bad experience in his guesthouse he made us to feel not comfortable and made us afraid to stay in his house. I’m recommending u not to stay there. And the streets are very dark over here...

What an amazing stay and time we had at BnB Royal house. Janaki and his wife are the most sweetest and caring people we have meet. We returned here multiple times, twice after becoming ill and they really took care of us. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Hot water always, good wifi. The breakfast in the morning is a treat. They also provide great recommendations about Kathmandu and nepal. We wouldn't recommend any other place for you stay. We hope to...
