Holiday nomad hotel — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

When I tell y'all that we were scammed, WE WERE SCAMMED!! we were promised a 3BHK for one night here and put a deposit down 2 WEEKS earlier and then we were put in a 2BHK due to their management issues. They didn't even think to inform us about this issue as when we had called to just reconfirm our stay it is THEN only it come to their mind to tell us that the apartment we were supposed to stay in was not available as the previous customers have took the key and left so there was nothing they can do. We had informed them that we would be there at 4pm and we had called them at 1:30pm to reconfirm. This just left me baffled as this issue really did not cross their mind ONCE and they didn't even have the courtesy to even text. ||So the guy we talked to on the phone was not there (the manager) there was a lady there and we had asked her about what was going on with the 3BHK we had booked weeks ago (there is only one 3BHK in this place) AND here is where we find out that the people staying in the 3BHK were staying there long-term. Again we were left baffled as we just GOT LIED TO DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND PROBLEMS IN THEIR SIDE NOT THE CUSTOMERS. We had NO BACKUP PLAN since we had made a deposit already 2 weeks already and on top of that it was a Friday so there were no other place would be available.||There were Stains all over the bed sheets and when we complained about it then they have the audacity to say that they were just chemicals from ironing like that was any better. So the price of 3BHK was Rs .7,500 for a night. When we got downgraded instead of charging us the price for the 2BHK which is 6,500 they charged us 7,000 almost the full price when causing us such inconvenience and lying to us on top of that. ||To summarize this experience has left me angered, disappointed, annoyed, irritated and sad. One of the worst hotel in k-town I've stay till now. Room & bathroom was uncleaned and full of cockroaches there is no pest control and cockroach attacks in the mid night which caused me allergies in my hand & legs for 2 days. And the bedsheet was also old & dirty which was already teared while I enter in the bed. And noise came from another building till 5am disturbs us whole night continuously & couldn't sleep at that night which affects my another day schedule. And I asked for kettle for them at night for warm water they told me I will send you in a minutes but they didn't & I came down again after hours but they didn't provide & there is no phone in room to call them in reception & I asked for warm water for medicine that also they didn't provide me & at next morning I called them 3 times but phone didn't received. At morning there wasn't water came in bathroom for taking shower. There was no safe parking too. They told me we have car parking but I parked my car outside of the hotel.
