They often spared the time to engage my daughter and me on how the day went and helped with enquries.As I was travelling alone with my young daughter, Mr Dinanath, helped to coordinate all our trips based on the interest areas that i had in mind. Everything was planned hassle free! On a free day I sought his advice and he planned a water rafting experience and we had an enjoyable time on our 1st water rafting experience. Facilities: We took the super deluxe rooms and had direct access to the rooftop garden. We enjoyed hot showers(except the 1st night), good wifi and there was a range of eng channels available on TV. The excellent service, polite staff members, nice breakfast and other meals, excellent and efficient room services, clean and big rooms, excellent and convenient location makes us to stay at the hotel frequently. My husband and I usually stay at the hotel instead of staying at our own home at Kathmandu. We stayed at the hotel for six nights this year during our visit to Kathmandu. This is our 3rd stay since 2019 and we definitely stay at the hotel in coming years as well if the service remains the same.||||All staff members are very polite and always ready to help. Nabin is one of the owners and very helpful. ||We didn’t have to ask him for help but he always identified our problems while talking with us. For example, we were talking about going to temple next morning (Saturday). He helped us by organising hotel car and advising us to visit the temple at 5:30am to avoid Saturday crowds. ||We booked another room for our brother’s family and they had good time as well.||Thank you Nabin and all hotel staff for the warm hospitality during our stay at the hotel.||We...
