Hotel Lotus Grand Pvt Ltd — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I would like to rate the service of the room, the location, and the staff 5 stars. However, I faced significant issues during my stay at this 3-star hotel in Kathmandu. I stayed here for a week, and while the price is very high, the amenities did not match the cost.

The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. Despite the cold weather (around 7°C), I had to take cold showers throughout my stay. As a traveler who has stayed in many hotels, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. For the price charged, basic amenities like hot water should be a given.

Additionally, there were problems with towel availability. The hotel frequently claimed that fresh towels were unavailable due to delayed laundry services, leaving me to reuse the same towel for three days.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, these issues greatly impacted my experience. I hope the management addresses these problems in the future. Until then, be prepared for cold showers and limited towels if you choose to stay...
