During my stay, the hotel staff forced me out of my room because I mentioned during check-in that I might leave later in the evening. Despite having paid the full price for the room, they insisted that I leave just because of this casual remark.

The manager, who claimed to be the owner, was motivated purely by greed and asked me to leave because he had clients coming from his agency. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Even if I had called the police, they would have been unlikely to take any action due to their incompetence.

When I asked for a refund and decided to leave the hotel, they refused to give me the full amount and only offered 50%. I had no choice but to settle for this and leave immediately.

I had the worst experience at Hotel Simal and would strongly advise against staying there. The thug of a manager threatened me and ordered me to leave all and all because he wants to put customers from his agency in my room. I could find no place to stay, because it's trekking season and all the hotels are packed. It's a truly disastrous situation, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I demand that the manager be fired immediately and that action be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. The room was poorly ventilated, and smoke from another building made me cough uncontrollably. I called the hotel staff for help, but they were unable to do anything and showed no concern for our situation. For four hours, my girlfriend and I coughed and sneezed, possibly due to the cooking happening in the kitchen. The smell was so overwhelming that we were unable to sleep properly or even open our eyes. When we tried to step outside, it was raining, but we still found it more tolerable than staying in the room.
