A place that doesn't deserve your hard earned money. I stayed there for 2 months and I left injured and victimized by their con-artist staff named Nirajan Giri. They will befriend you and treat you as a family then after they get everything from you, they will treat you like trash. ||||The unprofessionalism of the staff from the higher management to lowest positioned staff is really amusing. I don't know why the owner does not see how unprofessional and pretentious their staff is. ||||I also don't know how this place even got 4.2 ratings when every day their restaurant and hotel service are bombarded by complaints. ||||The experience I had with this hotel and with the staff of their restaurant, La Bella Cafe is uncalled for.
