Dining area is so comfortable, nice fresh air, on the rooftop, very cosy outdoor spacious seating space - nice casual ambiance and welcoming atmosphere

Service is patient and friendly and welcoming, and they also have cute cats around too

Open kitchen can see everything being cooked , made to order, food is served Nice and warm - absolutely delicious!!

Level 4 have to walk up stairs , a bit hard to find at first

Known for their salad bar with pasta options but I opted for some of their Nepalese options ▪️Aalu Tama Rs 235 ▪️Vegetarian Momo Rs 290 ▪️Cashew Cake Rs 390

First time trying Aalu Tama— Predominantly sour soup with a kick of hot spice, very comforting perfect for the warm weather, With beans, potatoes, bamboo shoots and lots of spices, loaded with flavour!!

I saw the other customers get a green veggie pasta which looked so creamy and delicious so might have to try that next time.

Momos were good , filling was quite spicy, well seasoned, the wrapper was nice and thin but held together nicely

Cashew cake was sensational, so creamy and smooth- was nutty and velvety like silken tofu texture and the base was so firm, warm, crunchy and nutty with dried fruits, like a granola x carrot cake mixture and had a sweetness to it which wasn’t overpowering but complemented the dessert really well

Servers were friendly and the location is accessible. The salads were great but there were two things that were not pleasant for our first visit here.

1. The salads took a very long time to be served. They have an open kitchen concept so we can see that there are a lot of cooks in the kitchen, however we were unsure why two salads took 20 minutes to be served. We had drinks in the meantime which were served fast.

2. I ordered a salad that has seafood inside. However I am allergic to it so I requested the server if I can replace the seafood to a fruit as a substitute. It was a good salad and there were plenty of ingredients. What was very unpleasant to me was that the manager of the restaurant told the waiter (after we requested for our bill) to add 200 rupees extra for the change in my order. This was not communicated to me at all, not even when the waiter brought me the bill. I just kept quiet after noticing this and left a tip anyway because our waiters were extremely friendly.

I thought that was very unprofessional. I don't mind paying extra at all but what left a sour taste was that the manager didn't inform us of the change. Just be careful going here and ask in advance if you need to change your meals due to...

Tried Broccoli Soup, MexicanSalad, Kale salad and the forest salad. Everything was refreshingly fresh, crunchy to my liking. Only drawbacks here were limited seats, slow service as it took over 30 mins on average to get our orders, I am sure they had a good reason and it's not as slow as my first time the next time I go there which is definitely. Also some dressings I felt were bit inadequate for the size. The last shortcomings which unfortunately has become the most common matter for many of the restaurants here in KTM city are the servers whose inexperience and lacking of basics communication skills which I like to believe could improve with manager's care and constant trainings which would go a long way in bringing an overall positive experiences for any customers.The waiters there were all sincere and seemed hard working,and definitely seemed they could be even better with...
