Nana Hotels Thamel — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I had found this hotel around three week ago and got to stay here for one night, i was discharged very late night from hospital and got here around 2 am, before we go this hotel we called them to ask if they have rooms available or not as soon as we called the front desk officer picked up our call and told us to come, even though it was very late,the front desk officer was willing to help me and provided me nice room which was absolutely outstanding and commendable, though i stayed in this hotel for one night,it was best stay ever, and another thing my phone was out of charge in the morning and couldn't make call to anyone but the receptionist help me to charge my phone therefore i was able to call and book a taxi using my phone!🙏

I don't usually provide personal feedback to business while traveling as we come into contact with so many local establishments it can be difficult to keep track!

Having said that, I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Hotel Nana for everything from their courteous and thorough service to the overall presentation of the premises, which was kept immaculate thanks to the discreet-yet-attentive maids and maintenance staff.

The management and day-to-day running of this hotel is truly world class, and as someone who has had a lot of negative experiences while traveling through Asian countries this really means a lot - especially for such reasonable prices.

Thanks again guys and I'll definitely be paying you a visit next time...

This is the worst ever hotel I have stayed so far.Hotel and rooms looks old.cockroaches were there in the room,water not enough thot to have a bath.I complained many times.But they didn’t respond well.WiFi was not stable.I ordered foods there but not tasty enough.I stayed in this hotel for 7 days.Initially I payed for 1 day and then after checkout they cheated me with payment.what happened they have increased price rest of the days by 400 Nepali rupee,when I asked manager told I have taken A/C room.But I told very first day I payed 400 less to the same room.they argued with me,anyway I payed extra and left the place.experience was...
