Title: Misleading Pricing and Poor Communication - Avoid This Hotel!

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Before arriving, I called to make a reservation and clearly mentioned that I would be staying alone most of the time, but occasionally a friend might join me. The staff agreed to offer me a discounted rate of 2000 NPR per night. However, when I arrived, the situation changed completely.

First, after showing me the room, the staff demanded 2500 NPR instead of the agreed-upon 2000 NPR. They claimed that I would need to switch to another room to get the original rate. Since I had extra cash, I paid for one night upfront (even though they initially said I could pay at the end of my stay), hoping to resolve the issue later.

To make matters worse, when my friend visited me in the evening, the front desk charged him an additional 500 NPR without any prior notice or explanation. I had already informed them during the initial phone call that my friend might occasionally stay with me, and there was no mention of an extra fee for guests.

This kind of misleading pricing and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I feel cheated and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value honesty and clear communication, look for another...
