Customer service - A big Minus: The receptionist was very unwelcoming. They didn't even fulfill a simple request of an extra pillow giving the reason of being fully booked which was definitely not the case as we saw 2 rooms empty on our flat only.

Cleanliness was absolutely horrible. There was only one towel in a two bed room which was not washed...
