I had the pleasure of staying at Mandala Boutique Hotel with my family in April, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed,tasteful, serene, and immaculately clean. It perfectly balances boutique charm with modern comforts. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and ideal for a family, offering both privacy and a cozy ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful touches in the room made us feel truly at home.

What truly sets Mandala Boutique Hotel apart is the personalized service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our experience. They offered excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, making it easy for us to explore the local area with confidence.

The breakfast served each morning was fresh, delicious, and catered to all our family’s preferences,especially appreciated with kids in tow! The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel also gave us a much-needed sense of relaxation during our stay.

Ok.. Where can we start. Recently my family ky and I had an opportunity to stay overnight at this hotel and boy oh boy weren't we happy Firstly we were greeted by a very welcoming young man at the reception desk. Soon came the welcome drinks. We were then directed to the room without the hassle of carrying our luggage. We were welcomed to a family room, which was very clean. I recall that having the best warm shower I had during my stay in Nepal. We ordered some mouth watering foid from the hotel in house restaurant. Above all being from Sydney I am a great coffee lover and to be served a 3/4 latte that my barista, in Sydney makes the same way there blew me away. I couldn't recommend this hotel more to anybody. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back to relive our moments there. 5 star all the way. Thank you Mandala and your team fir a great hospitality experience Kabir and Siska...

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Thamel which is a party/tourist district that’s dead centre in Kathmandu.

The room I was provided with had ample space for myself and any/all belongings with a reasonably spacious bathroom included (most bathrooms aren’t big enough for me).

The staff of the hotel were all very hospitable and friendly, assisting with almost any requests and question I had, especially Karma (hotel supervisor) who even helped provide myself with various medications when I became sick (medicines included).

P.s. the variety in the food and drinks menu for the downstairs dining varies very diversely across different cultures of pallet...
