The owner, in particular, went out of their way to assist me in organizing a tour across Nepal, which made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

I was recommended this place by my brother. He spoke very highly of ‘My Second Home’ and upon arrival my expectations were exceeded. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and have a homey feel to them. Great location right off the street in Thamel. My Second Home has a very quiet courtyard just outside the noise and hustle of Thamel. The owner is very nice and fun to chat with. Rooms are a fair price. Hot showers and comfy beds were nice to come back to every night.

The owner is very knowledgeable about EBC trek and gave us lots of advice for our journey! He kindly held onto some items for us that we did not have room to trek with.
