OYO 167 Hotel Lotus Buddha Inn — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

We booked 3 rooms for a group of friends and stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is budget but very cozy and even it is in the center of Thamel is hidden in the back street so it is more quiet and there is not so much dust (which, belive me is very important). The owner and his family is great and treat You also as part of family. Very helpful and patient with all our questions. No problems with electricity, WiFi and water. Had a 2 night stay and was easily one of my worst stay experiences. Not once during my whole stay was there hot water supply in the room and despite numerous requests (yes, NUMEROUS) all I could get was just a bucket of water!||Had a 2 night stay and not once we there hot water supply in the room. The hotel room was good for the price. I wish cleanliness could have been maintained. We got a towel which had a hole. We found two big cockroaches in our room too. The washroom knobs were already rusted and not maintained. The breakfast was nice and healthy. The stay was ok. The receptionist was polite. I wish they could maintain and regularly check the house keeping things since the quality of room size is good!!!
