Royal Kings Hotel — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I had one of the amazing experience in this hotel and also they helped me to have one of the BEST vacation for my friends and me. The hosts are loyal and very much customer friendly. Appreciate their hospitality.

I had planned my vacation from a different agent and I was planning for other activities for which the agent denied then I was searching for contacts for the activities got Manish's contact and explained him the scenario and he planned us the activity and we asked him if he could help us to organize this vacation. He gave us the package for almost 40% cheaper than the initial vendor. He helped us to avoid by getting cheated. They are the best in organising helicopter tours. The other host Rudara, he is another amazing human who wants his customers to be happy and enjoy during the stay. There are many things goos about Royal kings. I would recommend people to plan with Royal kings if planning for vacation. The best part is they have multiple package options depending on the age factor as well.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE TERRIBLE HOTEL|The rooms which the hotel gave us were not at all up to standard. The walls and floor were broken with massive holes in some places. The toilets were not clean and the beds were dirty. The service was extremely slow and poor. They don't even give tea and coffee provision in the room and also charge for providing daily 1 litre bottle which is supposed to be free.The television was not working. There was no hot water in our rooms. The air conditioner was not working. They also didn't tell us that they will charge us for giving us coffee. The wifi was not working properly. |THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. |They were trying to fleece us. They didn't provide the basic services that should be provided in a hotel. Really bad staff and service. Only thing good was the location.| IT IS REALLY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL...

My friend & I stayed here for 3 nights after our ABC trekking. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist on anything we requested, especially Mr Ravi (owner) himself. My Ravi recommended and gave good tips and advice on the places to visit and followed by Mr Manish arranging for very good driver who drove us to these great sites in Kathmandu. The location of this hotel is in the heart of Thamel, making it is easy to access to food, shopping, transport and everything that tourists need. One thing that we can't forget till now is the superb breakfast prepared by Mr Ravi and the team for us, that's the Indian breakfast, tosai. I would certainly stay in this hotel during my future Kathmandu visits. The price is very reasonable for the wonderful location, clean rooms and the exceptional service.
