If you are on a budget this motel would suffice. If you are able, spend a little more to stay elsewhere. ||||I was pretty horrified by the amount of pink mould in the shower. Dirty finger prints on the bathroom door. Poor water pressure. Toilet would not flush properly / fully. Uncomfortable and uneven beds. Did not like the linen, made us very sweaty. The bedroom door did not open fully, it would bang into the bed which became very irritating. No daily service. No cleaning service. Pool was shut. Spa was shut. 1GB of internet a day which was very slow and often dropped out ultimately making it unusable. One very old and dilapidated chair outside each unit. If someone was sitting in one it would be difficult to get passed them without them moving their legs or getting up to let you pass. Communal laundry for $4 per wash and $2 for detergent. ||||Location was very good but next time we will stay across the road at the Scenic Suites or The Glebe to have more space, better facilities with the same great location. ||||I'm sorry but the Four Seasons...
Read moreWayne the host was fantastic and very helpful. Motel unit was very warm and comfortable considering the weather outside was cold and wet. Very comfortable beds and a lovely warm spa. Hopefully that's all it was and really wasn't too much of a major for me just my wife couldn't block it out. Would definitely stay again. Location was so perfect just a short stroll to the centre of town. Easily recommend to others. Once again huge thank you to Wayne for all his help and advice on what to do and...

The only reason for 4 stars is the water pressure is a bit weak + there is no fan in the bathroom which they ask to open the window (there is a lock on it though to open it just a tiny crack and keep your privacy). Unfortunately the balcony faces the mountain but there was still a lake view from our bedroom window. We had an upstairs unit. Super close to town though, only a 5-10 minute walk in - but there is a killer hill every time you return. Room service replaced towels, stocked complementaries and replaced bins each day - you could also opt out of this if...
