We stayed at Hospedaje Emanuel three nights during our stay in Cuzco. It was one of the cheapest options we could find, and the experience was good overall taking the price into consideration. The staff is friendly and relaxed. The kitchen for everyones use is a plus. We were a bit disappointed that the owners let another group of guests party all night and play music loudly, taking away the sleep of the rest of the guests (or at least for us). The bathrooms were a bit dirty. Anyway, if you're on a budget travel and don't mind shared space this is an ok option within the central parts...
