Aulita is probably one of my favorite places in Cusco. I have been going there for the last two weeks to work remotely (the internet works well, the chairs are comfortable, the music is at a decent level and they even have blankets for when you get cold). The attention is very good, the ambiance makes you want to stay forever and the food is spectacular (all the dishes that I have tried are scrumptious, specially the pancakes). We tried the choclo con queso at their recommendation and it was delightful. Also highly recommend the cheesecake.
