Outstanding experience. I checked in with my two kids and the front desk lady was so caring, professional and attentive. My oldest got altitude sickness and she offered to bring a doctor, I would never forget such a caring human gesture. It wasn’t necessary but I appreciated her offer. I stayed in a three bed room which was so spacious even for more than three people. Even better our room had a jacuzzi so my kids were so happy. I got an extra king and a queen bed. Everything looked clean and they provided us with a heater. The room also has a little balcony. Later I met Alan, who I think is the manager of the property and provide me with very good dinning suggestions in Aguas Calientes since we were heading Machu Picchu. He was so nice to walk us to the bus station. I’m definitely coming back to this place. I highly recommend you to stay with them if you ever come...

Beautiful historic boutique hotel in the heart of historic Cusco. The building itself is an old home and retains much of the character. The rooms are large with big comfy beds but felt a little cold and there was no atmosphere at all the in the hotel. I think we were the only guests staying. There were stains on the ceiling, the water leaked in the shower and there seemed to be little attention to detail. Could be an amazing hotel with some money spent on it. Breakfast was quite basic but worst of all was the WIFI which worked sporadically on our first day and did not work at all for day 2 and 3. Without doubt one of my favorite places that I stayed ever, during my time in Cusco Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the tour team.Our room was amazing,cozy and confortable. The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent (appreciate this!) and the tour team deserves a special thanks. We had great time here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Milagros and Adam make our time there very special. We did a lot of amazing activities and trekking around cusco town , one of my tops was the skylodge/Climbing which was guided by Adam, who works as a tour guide in the hotel as well. Adam is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed Climbing the mountains and all the places in Cusco. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful archeological places.

The atmosphere is so special at la Llave 351 Hote Boutique that it really felt like home to me. All respect for Milagros and Adam who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality, for sure we want to come back in the future 100% recommended 😀 👍

Sin duda alguna, uno de mis lugares favoritos en los que me he alojado durante mi estancia en Cusco. Al llegar, el personal y el equipo turístico nos dieron una cálida bienvenida. Nuestra habitación era increíble, acogedora y confortable. El personal fue extremadamente amable, el desayuno excelente (¡se lo agradezco!) y el equipo turístico merece un agradecimiento especial. Nos lo pasamos muy bien aquí, lo que obviamente también contribuyó a la experiencia.

Milagros y Adam hacen que nuestra estancia allí sea muy especial. Hicimos muchas actividades increíbles y caminatas por la ciudad de Cusco, uno de mis mejores lugares fue el skylodge/escalada guiado por Adam, quien también trabaja como guía turístico en el hotel. Adam tiene una personalidad muy cálida y un guía muy motivado (¡recomendable!). Realmente disfruté escalar las montañas y todos los lugares del Cusco. El paisaje era hermoso y fue un alivio caminar en lugares arqueológicos tan tranquilos y pacíficos.

El ambiente es tan especial en la Llave 351 Hotel Boutique que realmente me sentí como en casa. Todo respeto para Milagros y Adam que hacen un gran trabajo aquí; una verdadera muestra de excelente hospitalidad, seguro queremos volver en el futuro 100%...
