When we checked in, they did not have our reservation from Expedia, so we had to wait for them to figure it out for an hour. Eventually, they found us a room to stay. The room was huge. It had a king size bed. It was very loud and you could hear people in the hallways, including little children that we heard screaming at 11 at night. The internet connection was terrible. The breakfast did not have many choices. Though, it did start at a early time. The majority of the hotel staff did not speak English. They took our room key when we left, which I found strange. The TV was terrible with its fuzzy screen. The shower water was cold. We even told a member of the hotel staff about the cold shower and he showed us how to turn it hot, yet it was still too cold for me and I'm pretty sure we did it right to begin with. Lo peor! Reservamos con tiempo una habitación. Al llegar al hotel no sabían cuál era, al abrir la habitación que nos dieron nos dimos con la sorpresa que todavía estaba ocupada (literalmente aún habían maletas de otros huéspedes). Cuando nos dieron otra habitación, no fue la que pedimos y había una cama extra que hacía que la habitación sea más pequeña. No había cable, no había agua caliente, cuando abrimos la cama habían dos cabellos, no habían barrido abajo de la cama. No soportamos estar más de una noche ahí y nos cambiamos de hotel a primera hora. ||Terrible...
