Hotel Peru Real — Hotel in Wanchaq

We stayed here as a last minute booking and it was pleasant enough. I felt it was a little overpriced for what you got. For example the first room we got (two beds) was a bit of a shambles. Tiles cracked, plumbing backwards, cramped. The second room was a little more spacious (matrimonial) and the bathroom was in better shape. The positive was that there was no hassle in changing the room for us when we made a mistake with the booking. The staff mostly spoke Spanish only so it was a little difficult to communicate but they did everything they could to help. Luckily my partner speaks Spanish so we could get by. I originally intended to stay for one night. However, I ended up staying for longer as the hotel offered great value. The hotel is very reasonably priced, includes wifi and breakfast, and the staff cannot do enough to help and assist you. En breves palabras||||1. Ubicacion||Regular. Está un poco lejos de la plaza central (unos 20 minutos andando cuesta arriba)||2. Correspondencia||De las fotos del Hotel que se puede encontrar en Internet, en realidad corresponde solo el el color de las mantas (naranja, bienvenidos a Nepal). Lo demás no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, tenga cuidado.||Ciertas habitaciones disponen de bañera de hidromasaje, pero ¿para que sirve esta opcion? si normalmente en el hotel no hay agua caliente. La encienden a peticion y no siempre.||3. Habitacion||En nuestra habitacion con bañera de hidromasaje salia agua del inodoro. La habitacion nos la cambiaron muy rapido (gracias). La habitacion nueva no era mejor (sin baño de hidromasaje y sin agua caliente).||El agua caliente se encontro a las dos de la noche en la primera planta (la habitacion estaba en la cuarta) en la sala tecnica, donde tuvimos que bajar y despues de tomar ducha tomar una buena dosis de alcohol, ya que la ducha estaba en un lugar sin calefaccion.||4. Desayuno||Nada especial, un conjunto tipico de tostadas, mantequilla, cafe, te, huevos fritos a peticion.
