Read moreWe ended up in this hotel due to our original one being overbooked and we were so happy to be in Illas.
Location was in the lower part of town which made for easier walks, staff was absolutely attentive and helpful and it had all basic necessities such as a little corner to buy drinks and snacks, lovely breakfast with the freshest and juiciest fruits, cute garden, hot showers, massive beds (in our case our double room came with a King size bed) and extra blankets or heaters to help with the ridiculous cold in Cusco.

The nicest staff i ever met! Always smiling and making sure i was OK, striking conversations, helping with advice where to go.|And then I found myself needing them for a fourth time , out if the blue! My flight was canceled due to the Lima airport being closed all of a sudden, and I found myself taking a taxi back to the hotel at midnight, with no prior phone call or anything. And they were amazing, right away gave me my previous room and calmed me down.|I will stay only at Illas Inn every time I'll come to Cusco! (of course it's Aldo very comfortably located in the center of the city, close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood,...
