If you are travelling to Boracay I recommend not staying in expensive resorts and hotels. Boracay is best experienced by going around the island, tryinf out the different activities and adventures, exploring the island’s gastronomy and so much more. ||You should save your money by staying in a very affordable yet very decent hotel such as Taj Guesthouse, and the good thing is it is just a few meters from the beach with a price a little above Php 1,000 is a very good deal.||I have been to Boracay several times already and this is what I do. Customer service: 2/5 , I need to call them several times just to make sure that we have our reservation on Jan 20. But before we arrived, I called them again and said that we have our reservation on Jan 21 and not Jan 20. Then I told them that we have voucher through email and then they agreed to adjust the schedule. I think there’s wrong with their process and everything is not aligned or in synced.

Located in the middle of Boracay's station 2 it is close to everything. The place is comfy and cheap, the place can benefit from better service. Keep in mind the room are cleaned and beddings replaced only upon request. They are at times undermanned and the front desk personnel is off doing something else so you may end up waiting a while before someone shows up to attend to you. The spa is clean and the skill & service is decent and if you are stay there you can request servoce in your room instead.
