Kuya Kurt Bayeta, IG @kurtbayeta, killed it both times with his fast, clean, and most importantly, professional work.

First session: ₽1500 mystery tattoo. I was skeptical as anyone would be getting a “get what you get” type tattoo, but that’s also a part of the thrill! There were four of us, and I volunteered to go first. The poke ball containing the tattoo dropped and I got a dope minimal “sun and stars” design. I asked Kurt if he can make it thicker to match all my other American traditional tattoos and he gladly agreed. Before tattooing, Kurt showed me the new packaged needle he was going to be using, and started the process. Overall the tattoo took maybe 10 minutes. 10/10 experience.

Second session: ₽2000 each and I brought my own design. Approx 4”x4” Simple and straight forward, I asked if he can do the design of my choice, and again he willingly said yes. Sent the design on IG, printed it out, adjusted sizing and placement and we were ready to start. 10 minutes each tattoo and was able to add shading as well. Another 10/10 experience.

Overall, 10/10 experience, would definitely do again!

Wonderful tattoo experience with Kurt in Boracay! As someone getting my first tattoo, I was a bit nervous, but Kurt put me at ease right away. He was extremely patient and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. His communication was great - he responded quickly to my messages to schedule the appointment and was very clear about the process.

When I arrived for my session, Kurt had the design all ready based on our prior discussions. The tattooing itself was quick and precise, and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The end result is beautiful - the lines are clean and the colors are vibrant. I'm so happy with my new tattoo and the memorable experience working with Kurt.

Had a lovely experience with the most humblest tattoo artist I've come across, Kuya Kurt Bayeta. It was my first time visiting Boracay and wanted to leave with a tattoo souvenir as a reminder of my first international trip. Kuya Kurt was able to fit me an appointment at the last minute (night before I left), and worked on finishing my piece even after operating hours. I was comfortable throughout my session with him and he was able to make the minor changes I wanted with my tattoo, at ease.
