Place is not recommended

Our room has a dead spider despite them "cleaning" it before we check in Spider webs on the ceiling which indicates they do not clean or maintain the room thoroughly Towels were stained and there are lingering unpleasant odors Outlets are loose, I left my phone to charge overnight but woke up to 9% battery because the outlet cannot hold my charger properly Areas in the room smells like cockroaches sometimes No warning for water interruptions, there was a time where us and other fellow guests were gathered at the front desk looking for a staff to explain us why there is no water and when is it expected to come back but to no avail. WHAT'S THE POINT OF PUTTING A BUTTON ON YOUR FRONT DESK THAT SAYS "PRESS TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE" IF NO ONE ATTENDS TO IT? I doubt that the button is even plugged Staff said that the cctv isn't working It is hard to find their staff at night, we have concerns during the night that needs urgent attention. There is NO ONE, not even one person on the front desk that we can talk to. They are always asking us to settle our bill even if it isn't time for us to check out yet. We're not gonna scam you (lol). It feels unwelcoming and rude to constantly be reminded to pay the bill even if you still have days to stay. The list goes on!!!!

The room doesn't feel secure, the chain lock is installed correctly therefore it is of no use and doesn't serve...

stayed here with friends (6 adults, 3kids) & was able to fit decently in 1 big room with 3 queen beds, 1 being a bunk bed. Definitely recommend if u are cutting cost for accommodation considering the $$ pricing of the food vendors & activities. Our room had table&chairs, a fridge, a hot shower & surprisingly the bed sheets & pillow cases were soft & comfy. They provide blankets & towels too so don't bother bringing your own to save on luggage space. They also provide hot water for coffee & silog meals to order for breakfast. We paid 5k per night which is pretty decent for us considering there's 9 of us, I don't think you'll see a lot with that price range in that area for a big group of people. There's phone coverage for Smart and DITO but not for Globe. They have WiFi also, although the connection is intermittent. I also appreciate that they provide free storage for your stuff while waiting for your flight. Their check out time is 11am but our flight was not until 8pm, so we were still able to make the most of our stay there w/o the hassle of carrying our stuff even after checking out. The only thing I can think of that they should add is to provide more hangers for clothes & maybe a drawer for the clothes or an area where you can place your bags/stuff neatly. Thank you for giving us a peaceful...

This is by far the worst staycation I have ever experienced. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. First in the list is the internet connection. Wifi is not stable to the point that we had to purchase a pay-wifi outside just for us to have internet and only accessible outside. Given that they provided us multiple wifi names and passwords none of them works well. No signal for sim so using data is not possible as well.

We had to experience multiple power interruptions and poor water pressure concerns at night. The water heater is not even working and toilet flush is really hard to press on.

Not a smart TV but understandable but the local channel has poor reception.

The customer service is also worst. Many of the times they do not have staff available in the reception area, and the doorbell to call the attention is not also working. I don't get the point of putting it there.

All of our electric socket can't hold a plug. You have to hold it to charge your phones. Maybe yes, this is cheap but not a reason to experience this. And the list goes on.

There are more transient near this place that are cheaper or same cost that offers better services...

Wifi is downstairs in the lobby, not in the rooms. Not a fancy hotel, but it was a good price for what's available. The aircon worked well, so we had no trouble sleeping. We stayed three nights. There is a charge if you want new towels or sheets during your stay. For those of you who are American, think motel 6 quality. We spent most of our time at the beach, not the room.
