This is not totally a convenience store. This is the second time I cashed in for gcash and it did not went through. Do I have to wait for 24hrs again to get my money back??? P300 is a small amount but what if you or your family urgently needed it and you don't have any extra cash. This is totally stupid. Calling the attention of the higher ups. Fix this!!! Calling yourself a convenience store but this is not convenient for me at all. Put yourself in my shoe... If you only have P300 and you need to send to your family since it's an emergency and you don't have any extra cash in your pocket. Will you wait for 24hrs to get your money back???. Fix your system!!!...

bought what i needed(of course it's 'convenient' store), yet the staff's poor manner got me mad. how can i have change if nobody wants to change?????? This is all i received from the Currency Exchange! as it turns out the staff HAD the change, just doesn't want to give out :( and he literally throwed bills and coins on my hand.. Isn't it the store's problem to have lots of change????? can't understand the overall attitudes of stores here at...

My sister inquired yesterday f they wer accepting payment for online shop through hellopay and the cashier said "yes". The next day my sister went back and tried to pay our bills through hellopay which she was attended by different cashier/person and said that she cannot accept the payment bcoz she does not know how to encode/process...
