Unacceptable Service and Location - Not Worth the money!!!!!

I booked and paid for a room at this dormitory for my sister, who traveled all the way from Occidental Mindoro to Manila. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster.

After a long and exhausting journey, she arrived at the dormitory around 7:30 PM, only to be told by the receptionist that she needed a photocopy of her ID to check in. Despite showing her ID, she was instructed to go out and find a place to photocopy it herself. The dormitory is located in a remote and poorly lit area, and by that time, it was already dark. She struggled to find a photocopying service, as the surrounding streets were deserted and unsafe.

She asked the receptionist to handle the photocopying since it was late and dangerous, but they insisted she do it herself. After everything she went through, she had no choice but to leave and stay near the office where she needed to process documents the next day.

What makes this worse is that the room was already paid for, yet they showed no consideration for her safety or convenience. It's unacceptable that a paid booking would result in such poor service. Review: Terrible experience, avoid at all costs!

I stayed at this hostel, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. The place is dirty and poorly maintained, with unkempt rooms and bathrooms that seem like they’ve never been properly cleaned. The smell of mold and the worn-out bed linen made the stay even more unpleasant.

The reception was terrible: the staff was rude and indifferent, unwilling to provide information or assistance. It felt like guests were more of a nuisance than actual customers. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unsafe, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay.
