Lisbon Centre Apartments Complex — Hotel in Lisbon

4 Start because their communication is awful. We didn't receive our front door code to get in. If you don't get your friend code you can't get into like actually check and on their check and box office. Big computer that helps you check in with your passport and your reservation code and so forth. Once you're into the building everything is smooth the place is nice the equipment is nice but anonymities is nice is a great place to stay at. I would say they would definitely have to update their pictures when it comes to Expedia because it's a little bit misleading it's not as advertised. You might find as advertise rooms but I definitely didn't get a room as it was advertised on Expedia. I would have given them a five-star review if they would have communicated with me. They tell you to they will send you a code before you get there they never do. I reached out to them via Expedia, a phone number that is in their building that tells you to call them or text them no answer, same thing with email no answer no response nothing. Otherwise the AC was really good the windows when you open them the weather was amazing So the breeze through the room was great when you opened the windows. It's a little bit noisy but I don't think it's crazy noisy so it wasn't bothersome for us. We use a sound machine to sleep at night so we didn't have problems with that at all.There was enough pillows for all of us bedding was there the towels was there everything was provided utensils and so forth It was really amazing it was good to cook and so forth was really nice of a fridge as well to put some cool stuff in and have a nice cold beer when you get home. We use the laundry almost every night We bought some of our own laundry detergent just because we used it so often. If you don't want to buy your own they will actually provide it for €1 they will provide some detergent for you. We did not use the cleaning services but you can use cleaning services for extra fees. We hung the little do not disturb sign if we didn't want the cleaning ladies to clean. I honestly don't have any complaints about this place It was nice It was clean It was exactly what we needed for the 7 days we were there with two kids age four and two. Somebody complained about the laundry on one of the posts I thought I would add a picture about it They are very thoughtful if I can say that way when it comes to it they put it in a corners and out of the way as much as possible but they have a laundry service so they have to put it in the hall so that it can be picked up. It wasn't a big problem and it definitely didn't make my stay there...

El sitio está muy bien, y las habitaciones también. Las camas cómodas. Estaba todo limpio aunque el olor era raro. No hay casi enchufes. El ascensor es bastante pequeño y hay que subir varias escaleras antes de llegar a el. La atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, llegamos antes de la hora del check in, y no nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el apartamento (cosa que entendimos), les pedimos una alternativa para dejar las maletas y nos respondieron que metros más arriba había otro edificio con taquillas por lo que nos dirigimos hacia allí, al llegar pagamos y sorpresa la taquilla estaba rota pero no devolvía el dinero. Tras esto llamamos al número dado de 24h, contestándonos un hombre de muy malas formas que “ese no es mi problema” posteriormente mandamos un mail y nos dijeron que la responsabilidad de las taquillas es del cliente sin darnos...

Its an alright hotel for the price, no lobby or staff at the hotel, and there are two different apartment complex with rooms. One of them had terrible sound isolation and a funny smell, and the other one which we stayed in had no problem...
