Hapimag Resort Lisbon — Hotel in Lisbon

Cannot recommend due to broken air conditioning in summer.

Premium room was 31 degrees Celsius inside when we arrived and finally cooled down to 28 degrees Celsius hours later.

Offered a small portable room ac unit that required doors to be left open while using. It was not powerful enough to cool the space. Not even close to cooling down the room by the time we wanted to sleep. Our family couldn’t sleep well in this hot room. And lost hours of rest as a result.

No proactive follow up the next day to remedy the problem.

Repeat hot room experience the following evening as the issue was not fixed during the next day.

Communicated with three different staff who were supposed to be responsible and they seemed to be passing the buck or forgetting to follow up on what they told us.

Great location. The check in staff was very friendly. There was an honesty shop by the outdoor pool, which was convenient as tea bags and coffee were not included with the room.

The room was very clean. The kitchenette had everything you would expect including a Nespresso machine, toaster, plates etc and washing up liquid. The walls were well sound proofed even against the very loud extractor fan in the bathroom. However, the air conditioning in our room didn't work no matter what buttons were pressed. Our experience at Hapimag Lisbon was perfect and unforgettable. Once again we felt at home away from home as it is always the case at a Hapimag resort. Not only is the location excellent but the staff is extremely helpful and colligial as well. The facility is also very nice with a very nice lounge. The possibility to get water and snacks from the 'honesty bar' is a life- saviour. We could not benefit from the swimming pool due to the season but, I believe that it is definitely much sought after sightseeing on a very hot summer day.
