If I could use words instead of stars to describe É Um it would be "Uhm"

Outdoor area very awkward with constant narrow and loud traffic passing by.

When sitting down we are informed that the resturant is having a social experiment without receiving any more context, halfway making us expect there to be various mystery fluids in the sauces. Little did we know that the social experiment is hiring heavily medicated mentally unwell people as their staff in an attempt to integrate them back into society. Jokes aside the staff was very friendly, but if I wanted loonies to dictate what goes into my body I would have stayed a vegan. Didnt exactly help either that I was served the chewiest steak of my life with the combination of sharp objects being banned for safety reasons forcing me to take out todays stress on it with a butter knife.

Wine was a bit overpriced, but nice first time experience. Was cool they had the menus on mini tablets, threw me...

Food: definitely not worth the price, appetizers were just okay. Nothing wow. We had 2 different main dishes, we felt the fish was definitely not fresh and not cooked to the expectations either. If you advertise yourself as a fine dining, I expect much, much, much more. The flavors of the dishes were not balanced well, they just didnt hit the spot. Felt like it didn't have a soul. Portugese wine was the star of the night.

Service: Attentive BUT misunderstood the order, and because of that, one dish arrived later, but they apologized. The second fail was that we weren't told that we couldn't pay by card before we ordered and were sent to euroscam ATM by waiters to pick up the money The third fail was that we got back 7 euros less after we paid, and we couldn't really figure if the waiters miscounted or just kept 7euros for themselves as the tip. Do not recommend it. The food was plain, overcooked, and tasteless. The vino verde was delicious, but you can get the same one in a supermarket for 2.5eur instead of 18eur at this restaurant. The waiter didn't get our order right, even though I've made sure to repeat it several times cuz he looked confused. They changed my plate 3 times because it was brought dirty from the kitchen. There was a cockroach in the toilet. The vibes inside are poor, the playlist was all over the place, and didn't help to create any good vibes. At the end of the meal they told us that they don't take a card and then at the very end, the waiter realised that gave us the wrong change and brought us more cash and then after counting it, the change was...
