Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Liberdade — Hotel in Lisbon

It was the worst experience we have had in any apartment ever. First the apartment was dusty. They don’t even have a good decent table under Tv . It was broken and pics are attached. The tv is just hung there. The washroom door got locked from outside and we had to open with a knife. The iron was not working.The fridge was so small. The shower gels look so hold and not clean. Thank god we carried ours. Had to always push the door hard to close the fridge. The place is not even big enough for 4 adults. We asked to move us but they refused! Rather they were least bothered. To top it, there was leakage from the ceiling in the washroom and it took them one hour to send someone to just take pics. Once she did that, then the maintenance guys came. Half a day was home as we kept waiting for us to take shower! The maintenance guys were honest and said it won’t be repaired till the next day! We called the office the guy there assured that it will be repaired the same day. Shockingly we get a message saying it won’t be repaired so if we need to checkout we could and wil get refund for two nights. We called the office and said how do we find a hotel suddenly, pay for cab, pay city tax again, it’s your responsibility to find a hotel. They just refused and said either check out or if you stay with the water leakage we won’t refund. Such bad hospitality have never seen! Will not recommend This place at all! Very very...

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked the apartment just a few hours before arrival, but when we got there, their system didn’t recognize our reservation, and we couldn’t check in. I called the provided number, and the administrator was shockingly rude, yelling for no reason and refusing to help, even suggesting we might be at the wrong address because “she has 19 buildings.” Then she just hung up on me.

When I called, it sounded like she was at a playground surrounded by children — clearly not interested in working on a Sunday.

In the end, it took over an hour to get into the room, and only thanks to a very kind cleaning lady who called her supervisor to provide the entrance code.

Be very careful about hidden charges — they threaten to charge €50 if dishes are not cleaned, which is just ridiculous.

The kitchen is also extremely poorly designed. The upper cabinets are positioned so low that you constantly hit your head — unlike anywhere else in the world where cabinets are properly recessed.

I have visited close to 50 countries, and I have never encountered such an aggressive and disrespectful employee for asking us to fix the broken check in system!!!

I stayed at their apartments numerous times, nothing special, acceptable for the price, that is, until something goes wrong and you end up needing assistance, their customer service is useless not to say worst, internet service not working throughout the whole stay and when asked for it to be fixed, they gave us ridiculous and obvious lies as an excuse for it not to be working, whe it was obvious that the problem was we had no router in the room as theyre rooms usually have, nothing was done, and we spent the whole stay without wifi anywhere in the flat, it wouldnt be a big concern if at least normal mobile network would work, but without network and without wifi, we spent most of our time looking for a bar of signal so we could be in touch with family and friends.

So if you dont mind having no internet or mobile network in the flat while also not expecting any customer service if anything goes wrong, feel free to enjoy your stay. Personally after staying in theyre flats more than 10 times this was the last. A lot better options for the money if you search further. I will try and upload the screen shot from the internet speed test I did. Which i had to have my laptop almost outside the flat for it...
