Food was decent and reasonably priced, although on the slightly higher side. The reason for the lower rating was that the service, while polite, was very slow and in efficient. They had many staff who didn’t interact with customers and only cleaned tables or served food, so if you wanted anything else like someone to take your order, pay the bill, discuss a menu item, you had to wait for only two very rushed, exhausted waiters who had to do it all. It was a strange experience and we we ended up waiting over an hour for our main. Would not recommend at this time until their service issues...

Enjoyed the multiple delicious breakfast items and options. Our risotto and linguine with squid ink were very deilicious and our table was always served very professionally. Desserts were excellent! I gave only 4/5 stars for service because we personally felt their opening for dinner at 7:00 pm was a bit late for a restuarant directly affiliated with the Porto Bay Marques Hotel right next door, where we and many others stayed during our Portugal visit. I have tried this Italian restaurant and found it to be very good. What distinguishes this restaurant is the service of the staff who are well organized amongst themselves that even my 8 year old commented on how organized they are. Very friendly and always smiling and attentive without making you feel uncomfortable. I am not listing down the names of the staff but they all are fantastic.
