I'm eating on the sidewalk... In the restaurant portion. The pina coladas have NO alcohol. I asked 2 different waiters if the taco tortilla was flour (because I'm very allergic). Both insisted they were corn. After a few bites I realized they were wrong. They really didn't check and said anything for a sale. Meanwhile, for 3 days I will be uncomfortably sick in a foreign country. Thanks, how charming. Not! July 26: management, thanks for your reply. Though I find it dishonest. They are not receiving food allergen training. Gluten is one of the most common allergies and they struggled to even know what gluten and wheat (trigo) were!!. LOL and there is NO quality assurance on alcohol content. the concept being followed is, "charge them for alcohol and then put nothing in it to allow for maximum profits. It's so sugary, they'll never know!." Ripping off tourists is not a good business model. It takes away from the reputation of the entire country of Portugal when you do this.

Just stop over for 15€ Breakfast with all what you need except salami and salmon. Pineapple was already dark brown and tasted like alcohol as strawberry yoghurt was too old or too long outside the fridge and then again inside and outside the fridge so in as long as someone ate it for breakfast. I was the lucky one and taste the bad ... The staff is friendly but not really awake up. Do not see missing glasses to replace at the table, deliver a crushed fried egg instead of an omelette but secondary delivered after complain a perfect one. Surprise... They can ... That's why just 3 from 5. I am too strict?

The location was perfect! Right next to the Arco do Augusta with lots of places to eat. Near the airport, about 30 minutes. We used Uber to go everywhere. The hotel offered breakfast which was good enough. The rooms are clean, just a little small. The staff are great and very friendly. We arrived early and we just stored our luggage and came back at 2 pm. Shoutout to Luana at the front desk and the 2 gentlemen serving breakfast!

Booked the hotel for a weekend in Lisbon. The hotel appeared to be a recently developed property. Reception staff were kind, polite and welcoming. Lift was very good. Corridors leading to the rooms were clean and well lit. Even if rooms were slightly small, they were comfortable and very practical. Rooms were equipped with lighting that was intelligently placed so it doesn't cause glare. There was a USB socket in the room which was very handy in this day and age. There were also an ample number of sockets in the room. The TV was equipped with an interesting range of TV channels that captured numerous languages. The bed was also very comfortable (double bed size) and so we're the pillows. The storage space above the bed could be used to store shopping and empty luggage. The window in the room was perfect in the sense that it blocked the noise and light coming from the pedestrianised street downstairs. This guarantees optimal rest. The bathroom size was very small but practical nonetheless. The shower was amazingly good. Toiletries were first class. Hats off to the hotel on this. Best things to note about this hotel:- Proximity to the metro station, Praca de Comercio, key bus stops and the most vibrant touristic area of Lisbon. Great to rest. You are welcome with a pack of tasty Pasteis de Nata. Drinking water bottles are provided. Fast WiFi works like a breeze. Property is new. The toiletries (Rituals Spa) Proximity to many landmark areas of Lisbon. Air conditioning (it was a warm summer). We wish to thank the hotel for their wonderful hospitality and congratulate them on the excellent job they are doing with this hotel. Hope to see...

We originally booked at My Story Hotel Ouro. But when we arrived they told us they moved us to My Story Charming Hotel Augusta without warning. When we got to check in the put us on the first floor in the tiniest room. If you are any bigger then average or below average size it would be extremely uncomfortable to stay. It was our honeymoon and we let them know in advance. I believe the room we booked at the original hotel was larger so we were upset they put us in a room smaller then a college dorm. They did leave us champagne, desert and flower petals on our bed which was very sweet. The bathroom is extremely tiny it’s hard to close the door. And we are both very skinny people. Location is great though. They also give only one room key card that needs to be used to get on the elevator, in the room, and control the electric. So we couldn’t separate and so different things or even run to the store while one stayed inside. Lastly do not use the coffee machine in the room. My husband had a cup and put the creamer that given with the pods in his coffee and ended up violently Ill within 45 min of drinking it and it ruined the end of our trip. If we were to come back to Lisbon we would definitely...

We stayed here for New Year and to celebrate my Partner’s retirement. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a room with a view which was a very kind gesture. The staff were lovely and helpful with directions and booking airport transfers for us (the company used for the airport transfers were very professional and helpful and courteous) and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is very central and we walked most places - there are lots of places to eat, drink and shop and although it is quite a noisy part of town, once you shut the doors you cannot hear anything in the street - the hotel is very well sound proofed. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning was of a high standard - fresh towels provided every day. We were given a discount voucher for the restaurant and a free drinks voucher. A member of staff even knocked on our bedroom door on New Year’s Eve with a bottle of wine and some traditional raisins which they did for all guests which was a nice touch. It’s the little extras that make you feel welcome and this hotel goes above and beyond for its guests. Thank you for a...
