Rossio FLH Suites — Hotel in Lisbon

On my first time and first night in Lisbon, I had to chose a place with 24 hour reception because my flight was coming in late. The email I received said check in by midnight, and as with a combination of flight and taxi delays, it was past midnight, I was trying to contact the hotel to let them know I will be arriving later. None of the calls was answered so I wasn't sure if they were even open. Luckily, there was something there and let us in. When I informed them that the telephone is not working, the first reaction was "It does, it's right here". Then he looked at it, and added "oh, it's out of battery".He didn't bother to apologize. The next day, when I mentioned the Wifi was not working, the first reaction was "It works for me".|| ||Things got even worse from there. The room was super tiny. There were two small divans as we walked in, with barely room to pass in between. I was expecting there would be a bed further in the room, but no. That was the room. The little divans were re-branded as "twin beds". The bathroom has not been cleaned. The towels were not even folded. The sheets in the tiny divans smelled atrociously. It was one of the worse hotel experiences I have even had.||||For the sake of fairness and completeness, I should mention that there were a few good points. The shower was comfortable with good pressure. The location is very central. The breakfast, which is included, is adequate and they have filter coffee, which is very difficult to find in Portugal. Nevertheless, the overall experience was so negative, that these details made little to improve it.||||In conclusion, everything except Rosio in the name "Feels like home Rosio prime suites" is mendacious. There is nothing "prime" about it, the "suites" are worse than hovels, and it only feels like home, if you happen to live in...

Everywhere cochroach be careful!!! The host " Feels like hone" was absolutely awful and rude to dealt with. I found cochroaches in kitchen and upstairs toilet. I called and texted the host. I recorded as well. The host told me immediately when it was nearly at evening time that " if you want to cancel we can refund the rest of the night charge!" Then that lady offered to put spray I immediately refuses as I have allergy and breathing issue however she said they would send something which is harmless. It was totally wrong as she send Motin Spray for insects killer which has aerosol in it. I feel sorry for the property owner as this property is at nice location and has good prospects however because of the FLH unprofessional colleagues and their services the Host will suffer. I truly want host or owners must see the feedback and investigate. There are many cochroaches in kitchen and upstairs bathroom area. Even after complaining they didn't bother to feel sympathetic way instead the lady offered to leave which was absolutely unacceptable and rude .also I found many women's hair on the bed and pillow. I have uploaded the pictures I have the message conversation screenshot as evidence. I am feeling I must upload it in Google and relevant Web pages as a review so future guest...

I unknowingly booked the annex building. Is in a old decrepit building with no lighting on the stairs. I didn't mind a 3 floor walk up. However, walking in the dark, it was a problem. Just turning the corner from the main entrance seemed like a dangerous area. I was very uncomfortable coming in at night wondering if someone I would walk in behind me. If you stay in the annex, breakfast is not included. So whenwould you go to get your coffee in the morning?It's a little humiliating that you need to stand there and hold your cup. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect.

Treated like low class because my room was in the annex building. The building was old and decrepit. The stairs were steep and very dark. Shady characters hanging around the door. All of that and was not allowed to use the hotel elevator that connected to my section. Only 3 rooms in the annex. Have no idea why I had to go on a sketchy street, up a dark steep staircase that had no security whatsoever. My room was $175/nt. Wasn't that cheap. But felt like a low class guest. And no breakfast for ppl...
