Ramen Chef Rossio — Restaurant in Lisbon

First of all, I want to thank Sangitu for a wonderful service that we got. I personally think that that was one of the best services I got in Lisbon. Let’s talk a little bit about the food and the drinks. So I ordered Ramen that was really not bad not the best not the worst. So I can recommend this dish for you guys. My wife ordered carage pot (I hope I wrote it right) so the dish was not bad, but the rice… maybe it’s a thing in Lisbon but it’s the second place that we ate a dish with rice and it was dry and tasteless. Also, let’s talk about the cocktails. At some point when we returned our cocktail for the third time, I’ve started to lose my faith to get a good mojito from the bartender But wonderful Sangitu Tried her best to satisfy us. If you're in Lisbon, Portugal and love ramen and anime, this place is an absolute gem! From the second we stepped in, we were transported into an anime lover’s dream with walls covered in vibrant posters and themed decor. It’s cozy, fun, and totally unique.

The ramen was out of this world. The broth was rich and comforting, the noodles perfectly chewy, and every topping felt thoughtfully chosen. It’s clear the kitchen knows what they’re doing.

They also have a fancier BBQ upstairs that we will try next time.

But what made our visit truly memorable was our amazing waitress, Sophia. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the anime inspiration behind the place. Her energy added so much to the experience she made us feel like regulars on our very first visit.

We had a fantastic experience at Ramen Chef Rossio in Lisbon! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The interior is modern yet inviting, with a lively vibe that adds to the overall charm of the place.
