Let me preface this by saying that if the host had not been so incredibly rude I would not take the time to write this review:

The worst experience I’ve ever had traveling in Europe. I’ll hit the main points: No toilet paper or toiletries. I understand if you don’t provide some toiletries but never have I ever not been provided toilet paper. Not only this but it was not clear that this was not provided. When I messaged the host (after figuring this out) they said I needed to walk to the store to buy toilet paper. Unfortunately this is difficult to do when you are in need of toilet paper.

Upon arrival the room had full trash cans and rotten food in the fridge. As my group wanted to explore and enjoy our day, we did not raise this to the staff and went about enjoying our stay. However when we mentioned this at the end of the stay the staff said it was our fault for not telling them. This would not have been an issue if not for below.

Upon checkout we left the apartment 10 minutes late as we had a delay with picking up a rental car. The cleaning staff rushed us out and called the host as we were collecting our belongings (quickly as we wanted to get out of the apartment). The host called us and began yelling at us for being late (causing further delays). We raised several issues with the cleanliness of the apartment and explained we were having delays. It was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had with a host of any building ever to not be the slightest bit flexible with our departure. They also took our security deposit because of this which I will be disputing. Further issues are below (I would not be writing this review if not for the attitude of the staff and owner):

My stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheets were stained, the trash cans were overflowing, and the presence of pee stains on the floors was absolutely revolting. To make matters worse, the host was not only rude but also actively tried to pick a fight with my friends and me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere for accommodations. I would probably advise being homeless during your stay rather than deal with a host that has very similar qualities to a 10...

Very lovely apartment located right in the heart of the city. It's only a 2-minute walk from Prešernov trg square, and you can actually see the Robba fountain from our window. The apartment is modern with fantastic furniture and large TVs. The kitchen is amazing, and there's even a coffee machine with coffee provided (ideal for people who need a coffee in the morning right away).
