仁寺洞汗蒸幕 — Hotel in Seoul

Please don’t go this place, the customer service is seriously really disappointing and disrespectful,

I passed by here after my visit of MMCA, it is in the downstairs, B1, the attitude of the front desk is disappointing, in the beginning I thought he probably don’t know how to speak properly in English, he has fluent accent but doesn’t know how to use a proper way to treat customers, i ordered a regular service without any course, and this all what i wanted,

There is a regulation sheet to read before entering, and he said to me, no need to read to him…(well i just read to myself)

After that i saw him receiving two japanese girls, he can speak japanese, but this time he standed up and lead the way where is locker, and very politely to introduce the auntie to them…

All the experiences it was really awful to me, if you want to buy some eggs and rice drink, you need to go to the counter to buy with him, meanwhile you didn’t wear any bra😅, it is not very female friendly,

There are too many options rather than choosing this one, considering the perspectives of customer service, the customer service we feel okay if people can’t speak well in English, but good smiling and friendly is the key to make people want to come more time.

After a long day of none stopping walking, me and my BFF decided to have a relaxing night without kids and husband🤣 We asked our hotel reception desk lady if she can give us a recommendation for sauna ! She told us this place is her favorite but it’s very family oriented! Not very big and fancy for the tourists! That’s why we decided to give a try! When we arrived, it’s almost their closing time which is 9. But the front desk told us we can still do sauna and scrub ! We are so glad we did it ! We bought the 1.5 hour package and ended up leaving there around 11pm! The staff were really nice and sweet even we have some language issue🤣. But i think we are pretty ok with each other! BTW, front desk speaks really good English so if you ever needs translation, he’s always available 👍。I would say this place is a must try! I used to get scrub at least once a month when I was in LA, sometimes the ladies could really messed up my skin by rubbing it too hard! But tonight when we had the scrub, they did it very patiently and scrubbed twice with soft hands❤️ very pleased! And the Masaage is good too!
