Ann Guesthouse — Hotel in Seoul

Haiii! We stayed here for 7 nights on October 29th until November 4th. Ann guesthouse located near exit 1 Hongik University Station. It's like next building once you came out from the exit. Even though it was a long walk (feels longer because we carry huge luggage) from airport railroad, but we used Seoul Metro line 2 more often rather than airport railroad. So it's not really a big deal for us. It was really really close to Seoul Line 2. I think Ann Guesthouse fits perfectly for anyone visit Seoul for the first time because of its location is easy to find. |It is also located across Hongdae area. So it was easy to find some convenient store, or streetfood like gyeranpang (OMG i want that~), tteokbokki, fish cake etc. Or to find make up store like etude house, skinfood, missha, etc etc. Or to just experience the vibrant hongdae. |We stayed at an 8 bed dorm room. There were 2 bunk bed near the common area, 3 beds and 1 sofabed at the attic. The room was actually an apartment fully furnished with kitchen (there's fridge, toaster, microwave, stove), a bathroom (with washing machine), a common area (there's tv, computer, a sofa, and a dining table). Since we bring our own food, microwave were our bestfriend to heat our food hihi. And also there was one pack of bread delivered to our room every morning and theres butter & strawberry jam in the fridge.|Ann herself was very helpful. She helped us carry our (huge) baggage to the attic because our bed was there 😂. Fortunately on our 3rd night stay we can sleep in the bunk bed. I guess it's better to leave your luggage down where the common area is, than to bring your (huge and heavy) luggage up to the attic. |Ann gives us her Line Account to contact her if we had any question and she replied fast. Like when we asked about where can we print our KTX ticket or a simple question asking for extra detergent (because we washed our clothes almost everyday hehe). The reason why i chose Ann Guesthouse as my accommodation during my trip to Korea is because the excellent review from everyone. and no, kidding!~ what they've said is true!||The room, location and service were excellent. Ann is very kind and helpful. She sincerely helped us to deal with everything if we found any language barrier. ||Email response was fast. The room was great and clean. It's fully equipped with AC, small kitchen, TV, PC, hair dryer, fridge and washing machine. Before i came, i requested to have room which face Hongdae main street and she provided for us. The breakfast was nice as well. We were provided with bread from Paris Baguette for our breakfast every morning. ||The other great thing is the location which connected to Hongik University Subway Station. You even can reach the building directly from B1 and take the lift to go to your designated floor. The place is also near bus stop which you can take if you want to go/come from Incheon Airport, just 3 mins walk from bus stop to the building.||The place is located in very lively neighbourhood with great shopping street and many restaurants. The price is not very expensive as well. In conclusion, i have no complaints to Ann Guesthouse and surely will be back again if i visit South Korea next time!||Thank...

We recently stayed at ann guesthouse nov. 9-15. Ann gave us a really nice and spacious room with 2 queens and 1 twin bed; enough space for our family of 4. She also provided a heater which warmed the room well when we requested one and umbrellas when it rained. The room, sheets, towels and bathroom are clean which is my main concern. I also felt safe and secured in the building which is also one of my worries as we were travelling with our kids..the free wifi is fast and good.. Ann is helpful with any other concerns that we have. The location simply cannot be beat; it is just right above the hongik university station so it is very easy to go around in seoul. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the room is just an elevator ride away unlike other hotels/guesthouses where in you still have to walk 5-10 mins. after exiting the train station to get to your guesthouse.
