If I can I would give this place 10/5 stars. I'm absolutely in love with this place. For me personally, I want to say it's the best hotel stay I've ever had. It hits all the sweet spots: it's homey, simple, cheap, and clean. The wonderful staff is lovely and make you feel so comfy, safe, and right at home. There's nothing more I can want from a stay. I think I'm never staying anywhere else from now on when I visit Chiang Mai. ♥

This is a Thai style service apartment that offers monthly leases or day rates. Regulars staying here are usually university students, or doctors and nurses at the nearby hospital. I stayed here for one month. I found this place through a Thai rental website, and chose it because the pictures look well-maintained, clean, and safe. It also has great location, within walking distance to the old city, the hip Nimman District, and is just across the street from Central Kard Suan Kaew.

When I actually arrived, I was absolutely blown away by the value and the quality that this place provides. Immediately I was greeted by the hostess who has the sweetest voice and is willing to accommodate any questions or requests. There's a mini shop downstairs for your basic needs like soft drinks, soaps, and toilet paper. Front doors are locked in the evening and is only accessed using key card. There's a guard posted during the night. I generally felt very nice and safe. You can also feel that other guests walking around the halls are nice and good regular people.

The rooms and amenities are by no means new, but they are in great condition. You know they really take good care of the place. The most stunning thing is how sparkling clean the room is. I'm a neat freak, and usually when I check in to a place, I take some paper towels and wipe down surfaces, furniture, closets. I was shocked that I couldn't pick up any dirt! The housekeepers must've wiped every inch of the room. I think they even clean way better than I clean my own house!

All in all, I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice homey Thai apartment stay. I would definitely come back next time. Thank you for the...

The Wi-Fi is slow and disconnects frequently.

There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and only a small window, so the moisture is not removed properly. There were toilet flies.

The smell of the deodorant sprayed on the bedding causes a headache.

There is a outdoor kitchen on the first floor, and if they cook there, the smell and smoke come up.

The air conditioner is located towards the bed, so it is very cold when you turn it on.

Noise This is the biggest problem. I was very confused when I first entered.

I was almost in a panic because of the noise coming from the refrigerator and the window outside.

I unplugged the refrigerator right away, but the buzzing noise from outside rang for 24 hours. I had to live with earplugs in the whole time, and the sound of airplanes that I could hear all night was cute.

Closing the door doesn't do much good.

The room cleaning was not done on time, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned several times.

This accommodation was difficult for me in almost every way. The staff were friendly, but that didn't mean my situation...

I have first bad experience hotel in Ching Mai. I booked for 3 nights because it have good reviews in google. I stayed here for 1 night and found that there wifi internet is unsecured it have malware to access bitcoin and show ads to my computer.Normally if you are not programer you won’t notice it. I’m programer and this malware run every 5 minutes.

So if you want to stay here for sleep ok but don’t use wifi to save your data. I tell this problem to owner, staff and technician show my computer to them. I hope that they should be check and fix it as quick as possible and notify other customer. So all this situation make me feel unsafe, I decide to leave and ask for refund and they don’t refund even we’d just helped them to make more secure network to there own hotel. So please think twice to pay for service like...
