Croco Pizza — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

They have a sign that says : " Pizza AFTER 4 . . Yes we are sure!" And I think this translates the mood here: the fact that they are unable to understand that makes no sense for a tourist to walk in a pizzeria that serves no pizza. So it's natural for a tourist or local get confused. Its Thailand, mistranslation happens all the time. But, instead of being nice to costumers they prefer to treat them as idiots.

I gave this place 3 chances before writing a review but it was always the same: service was absolutely bad. The lady that gets our orders always seems bored like hell. Atmosphere is pretty bad.

First of all, not the first time I ordered there. I had already noticed that it is one of the restaurants where I wait the most to get my food. Let's say "not a big deal"...However, today I made an order. I received a message saying that cash is "not supported" and saying that if I change the payment method, it will be faster. I changed it, even though it was not convenient for me. When changed, the time for delivery changed for 30 minutes more to wait. Faster? Joke...In the end, after waiting for almost 1h my order has been cancelled. Really...

Pizza is quite good, as well as most everything else on the menu. Beer and wine and other alcohols are available. Atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff are friendly and competent. Pizza is made by a European and can be customized any way you want. Seating outside allows smoking. Never feel rushed after eating and it's quite easy to start up a conversation with other patrons, but not necessary. Mostly a Western crowd dines st this restaurant. Any critique would be the limited seating outside and slightly cramped inside. Highly...
