Absolutely awful hotel. Things are broken and dirty. My toilet had hard dried poop spots. I had to clean it myself. If you are a solo traveler or in a room alone, don't go here. It seems that single means you will receive anything and everything broken. Never mind that a single person pays the same price as a couple for a room! The room is also meant for 2 as it has 2 twin beds. So not sure why it's so terrible. Gave me the worst room. Linen was dirty. The shower was broken, and the water pressure was a disaster. No hooks to hang your own personal towel. They don't clean out your bin or give you more water. Don't clean the toilet or sink. Just fold the linen and take the dirty towels. I had to complain 3 times about the shower which was broken with water coming out of 2 places. Then they put me in a different room and told me I gotta move back to my room in the morning. Let me say, the room where they were going to put the couple the next day was so much more spacious, clean linen, hooks for towels, more hangers, working shower. It's like it's a crime to be single. I think they break things on purpose so that you can tip them when they fix it. But why must you tip for something that is meant to be offered when you pay to book he hotel? Also if you're hoping to get any sleep, don't bother, no matter which room you are in, it sounds like someone next door is constantly moving home. There are noises of furniture being dragged across floors constantly. Also... Only the heavens knows where the spa part of the hotel is, but then again, do you want to be getting a massage...

Read moreThe hotel is in a central location, with all the sights we wanted to see within walking distance. We had budget rooms, which were quite small but that didnât bother usâthough a couple of chairs would have been nice. The rooms were clean, and the showers and housekeeping worked well. The beds were comfortable.||The breakfast restaurant on the top floor of the hotel offered stunning views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. The view from our room window was of the backyard, but that didnât bother us.||The hotel staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. We received help and guidance about the attractions and conveniently got supplies from a nearby market.||I would gladly stay at the same hotel again, though next time we would book a slightly larger room.||The airport transfers arranged by the hotel, both upon arrival and departure, were...
