Our staying review:
Shower holder was spoilt, personally I have to pick it out to shower which was a little inconvenient but for me is ok.
Shower drainage kept getting stuck and water will flood.
Lights will flicker from time to time.
Sound proof is very bad, people come in and out of the room, we can hear them really clearly, guests whom slam their doors just to go in and out of the rooms makes it harder for us to sleep.
Room was close to the mosque area, during their prayer time, woken up a few times in the morning as well.
Parking area for new people driving might be quite difficult to park as you might need to reverse downslope to go down. Parking can be suggested to park somewhere on top or below where there might be bigger space to manoeuvre out.
Host did not reply back when checking for balloon price was waiting for a few weeks but still no reply: just for other guest whom might see this review, the balloon price bookings vary and they have a group of companies which changes accordingly to the weather and their own price.
Becareful when booking balloon rides, they will take the opportunity to increase their price just for tourists. Felt really disappointed during our stay and due to the follow up about the price.
Met a few bookings, whom confirm a lower price for us, but end up increasing the day before.
Here are a few good pointers of the cave room

Read moreThe photos of this hotel online are quite deceiving as the property is more run down and dirty than it appears. At the time of our visit there was construction being done on a pipe through the only alley that led us to the front doors. While reception did apologize for this and say it was government action, it did make it extremely difficult to haul our luggages up and down under these conditions without help. Our room was not very inviting; it was freezing cold and the heater did not work so we had to grab a portable heater from reception, the shower was old and only a handheld nozzle in which we did not feel like using, and the wifi barely worked at all in the room, forcing us to go to the top deck to use internet. The staff was nice and inviting but we did have to cut our stay short here because we simply did not feel comfortable and knew we would not enjoy our stay here, forcing us to find a hotel close by. Staff was understanding about this and reduced the cost we had to pay...
Read moreWe recently stayed at Cappadocia Cave Rooms Hotel for a 3-day trip, but unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short as the hot air balloon flights were canceled. Despite this, our experience at the hotel was wonderful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Selim.
He kindly helped us cancel one night of our booking without any cancellation charges, which we truly appreciated. Selim also upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost, adding a special touch to our stay. Additionally, we booked an ATV ride through the hotel, and the prices were much more affordable compared to online rates and other companies in Cappadocia.
The property itself is well-maintained, and Salem’s friendly and helpful nature made our stay even more enjoyable. We were a group of four friends traveling from India and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. It was a fantastic experience overall! Highly recommended.
