It was my first time visiting Dubai. Hit by the heat, while surprised by Flora Inn Hotel, almost everything, the staff, food, room and facilities…I booked the hotel right on the day I arrived, with a short notice and I was not expecting for something big although I paid a plenty of money 🥹While it finally proved that my last minute decision was super right.

I arrived at the hotel lobby with two big luggages and felt exhausted after overnight flight. The lady, a trainee receptionist called Sabita was so kind to let me check in early without extra charge—just kicking off my pleasant 7-night stay with Flora Inn Hotel.

When I entered the room, the big window, fresh and modern interior decorations, large space and cozy bed and sofa made me feel so relaxed from the busy trips. The bathroom is clean and big as well. Minibar is a hidden joy for me🤩

The dinning space is super big and elegant, with reasonable price and 5* service, makes my every day even more special. Amita was very attentive and recommended a yummy Indian bread and a fruit salad to me. And other staff like Jijo and Prasenjeet are nice too.

I love the swimming pool so much, it is well managed. The gym is also a good place to burn calories. I did not get the chance to try the Sauna and Steam room, but they look great 👍.

There are other surprises too, mostly from the service. The dedicated concierge team like Thapa and other staff which I cannot name one by one are helpful. They called the taxi for me, even lent a scissor to me (to cut my hair hahaha ), Omer from reception is always there to help. I forgot my adapter in the room after checking out, and I called them, they collected and kept it for me🥹, which I really appreciated.

During the days staying here, I feel like home, those working there are my neighbours, and this is the biggest charming part of spending money on a hotel, an experience that usually does not come to me , but they made it!

Flora Inn Hotel was honestly a wonderful experience from start to the end. The entrance is beautiful, and the lobby has a bright, open feel thanks to its glass roof. The modern and luxurious design, combined with the fresh scent, gives you the impression that the place is very well maintained.

I want to start by giving a special thank you to Indika and Oppo from housekeeping, they were incredibly kind, quick, and helpful. Their cleaning was excellent, and they always made sure our rooms were stocked with plenty of water bottles and towels. Their effort and attention to detail truly made our stay even better. Thanks very much to their hard work!

The lobby itself is huge, with plenty of comfortable seating areas. On one side, there’s a nice café, clean and modern toilets, a large prayer room, and even laptop-friendly working spaces. The Monsoon Restaurant is also located in the lobby, and it’s spacious and inviting. We booked our stay with breakfast included, and the buffet was fantastic, a wide variety of delicious options and even live cooking. The food was great, although there was a slight smell from the live cooking area. The restaurant staff were also very kind and professional.

We stayed in two connected rooms, both of which were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and modern, from the beds to the bathrooms. For the price, the quality of the rooms and the hotel overall was excellent.

The hotel offers plenty of great facilities, a large gym, a big swimming pool with a separate kids’ pool, a jacuzzi, and shaded seating areas to relax. The valet staff were polite and helpful, and the four elevators were quick and efficient. Parking is also spacious and easy to access.

Overall, Flora Inn Hotel provides amazing value, excellent service, and a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. From the beautiful lobby to the well-maintained rooms and outstanding staff, everything about our stay...
