I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Mahara Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience.

I today visited your cafeteria around 1:20 PM to place an order directly at the window. Unfortunately, the staff member at the window was continuously busy taking phone orders and ignored walk-in customers.

I waited for around 15 minutes and then tried calling on the phone myself, but due to background noise he couldn’t hear properly and misunderstood that I was calling from the window. Instead of clarifying, he shouted and told me rudely to wait, and when I explained that I had already been waiting, he said “we are busy” and closed the window on my face.

This is not the kind of attitude expected from any food establishment in Dubai. As a customer, I believe in polite communication and respect on both sides. The staff should have apologized instead of refusing to take the order.

In the UAE, customers are protected under consumer rights, and such behavior is not acceptable. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensures better customer service. Otherwise, I may have to raise this incident formally with the Consumer...

This was an order for home delivery & thee order was placed and received correctly, but the delivery person did not provide 2 items on the list. Upon calling the person who takes the order (over the phone) and stating the same, he casually stated that they are busy and won't be able to send just the 2 items. What's even worse is that even after telling him that we would place another order (close to another 30 Dirhams) he refused to deliver less that 50 Dirhams, even though it was their mistake (*the distance is not far either -...
