Best B&B I've ever stayed at. Highly recomend. The guys who run it are warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has plenty of choice and delicious. Rooms have a kettle with tea and coffe in each room and cleaned every day. At the bottom of the street is the Llandudno pier with plenty of little shops at the end there is a bar on the lefthand side with beautiful veiws out at see or Llandudno. There are bars and restraunts on your door step. I would highly recommend the Seahorse sea food restraunt next door £32 for 2 courses (some supplements on certain dishes) well worth it ( and im a bit stingey lol) also the all you can eat Chinese buffet. The Queen Victoria is just down from Beach Cove. The Snowdon pub is lovely and has a lovely selection of gins. If you go to top of the block and turn left there are a multitude of all kinds of bars with live music, shops and restraunts. This place is also handy for Snowdonia national park about 30 mins and a number of little towns steeped in history ... I would avoid Bangor its a dump. Last but not least we have Great Orm on your door step .. you can walk up the street to get the tram up .. there is also a cable car (not sure we're you get on/off ) or drive .... views at the to are amazing there's a little cafe and gift shop at the top. Back to the B&B, parking is not available directly outside (only for dropping of bags) but you can get parked a bit further up .. (we accidently left our car window open all night and it was still safe the next day) you may have to park about 2 to 15 min walk depending on how busy it is. This hasn't stopped us from returning. We went as a party of 4 and returned this year as a party of 7 ... the 3 who had never stayed were very impressed. All in all fab B&B, fab hosts, fab location. Will be back next year 🎉🎉🎉 Top Tip: book direct and not through booking.com. Enjoy...
Read moreWe had a lovely few nights at Beach Cove. |The B&B was clean and décor contemporary. |Our room was well equipped with everything that we needed, but if we had been staying longer I think that I would have requested a larger room - we are slightly built people so it was fine as a base for going out and about exploring. |We liked the little charging 'hub' in the room which allowed us to charge our mobiles without having to faff with plug sockets. |It is very well placed near the pier and for The Promenade.|Some guests have complained about parking issues; true, there is no carpark and on-street parking is hit & miss, however all it takes is a friendly chat with the owner and advice on where to park for free is given. |Breakfast was really good - tasty, ample proportions, well-cooked, great choice and top-ups when requested. |We had a few problems finding locating Beach Grove due to the strange numbering system in Church Walks - had we known that it was on the left hand side of the one-way street, and next door to The Seahorse, finding it would have been simple [do not rely on Google Maps].||I would recommend this B&B for a stay...
Read moreWe had a great stay at Beach Cove. ||To start with, the location was perfect: very close to the promenade, pier, restaurants and shops, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. This is the type of accommodation which suits us best, with all we need for a few days away from home, but not too many guests, which gives a more individual approach. ||The bedroom was clean and warm, fresh bed sheets and towels, a very good and powerful shower, complimentary coffee and tea facilities.||Everything we had for breakfast, was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed starting the day eating something nutritious and tasty.||After a few years running the place, the hosts certainly know what they're doing. We appreciated them being friendly, but at the same time giving us space to enjoy and relax throughout our stay. We'd definitely recommend the Beach Cove to family and friends and stay...
