We (me, wife & dog) were made very welcome. Service was swift and very polite and friendly. We had the same meal, fish and chips with peas and tartar sauce (home made). The meal was beautifully cooked, fish was moist and beer batter crisp. The tartar sauce was REALLY good. My wife and me are both wheelchair users, so to have a place that was (1) accessible (the lady even came and held the door) (2) Wheelchair accessible toilet and (3) able to take our little dog in too. WAS FANTASTIC - A really good experience and didn't cost a fortune.

I go there quite often for drinks as I'm a local lad. Myself and my family had booked in for Christmas dinner, and we were not disappointed. The portions were huge for the price and not forgetting the quality. It was absolutely superb. We had a starter , main and pud for under £70! The chefs, bar staff, and owners Jo and Mick were flawless and couldn't do enough. I wish we got more pictures to share, but trust me, the video that I'm sharing doesn't do it justice. I think we will be booking again for 2025! Thank you guys!!!

Came in for a pint of Guinness and a Pinot Grigio – been coming here for years because it’s hands down the best pint of Guinness in the area. Staff are always very friendly, there’s WiFi, and it’s dog friendly too. When the sun’s out, the outdoor seating is a lovely spot. This time we sat inside and there was quite a strong smell of bleach/cleaning products – didn’t spoil anything, just a note to staff: great to know it’s clean, but we don’t need our nostrils disinfected!

8Had a nice pint on my own in here last night. Only had one other pint earlier but I was refused service when I asked for another because apparently I was swaying. Well i was sober but I am on meds for depression etc since my missus died horrifically two years ago. The fella made no attempt to talk to me to see if I was OK , just wouldn't serve me . I'm 62 , been drinking in pubs regularly all my adult life , never had a problem all over the world but this fella jumped to the wrong conclusion. Don't go in here if you are on meds for depression, what a terrible attitude to a person on his own. I am only up here because my Mum is in a care home in Llandudno, struggling with my life but never give a problem to anyone . Apart from a bit of swaying to the good Irish music the only other thing I can think of for his attitude towards me was my accent, I am a proud Scouser . A lot of the other customers were very loud & boisterous but this fella singled me out & he works there . I got upset when I left . Horrific treatment of a quiet, well behaved person on their own , wont be going back there, avoid it if you have any mental health issues or a accent the bar man...

If you’re looking for an authentic Irish experience, look no further than Irish bar Nestled in the heart of llanduno, this bar is a charming oasis of Irish culture, warmth, and, of course, excellent drinks.

From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure your glass is never empty and your spirits are always high.

The drink selection is outstanding, featuring a wide array of Irish whiskeys, beers, and creative cocktails.

But it’s not just the drinks that make Irish bar special. The food menu offers a delicious array of Irish comfort foods.

One of the highlights of Irish bar is the live music. On weekends, local musicians bring the place to life with traditional Irish tunes and contemporary favorites. The music creates a lively yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for a night out with friends or a relaxed evening alone.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Irish bar is a must-visit. It captures the essence of Irish hospitality, combining great drinks, delicious food, and an inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for...

There was only a reduced menu (Sunday dinner, baked potatoes, or sandwiches) and it took a while for anyone to take our drinks order. We weren’t told that there would be a delay in food service, due to there being only one chef, until after we’d already been waiting over 20 minutes. When the food finally came, one of the meals was missing, due to the server messing up our order (you can’t go wrong with writing people’s orders down…rather than just relying on your memory). We’d all finished eating (two of the group sharing one of the meals), and were ready to leave, by the time the missing dish arrived. The meal sizes did not warrant the hefty £6.50 each (plus another 60p for toasting each of the sandwiches). We weren’t charged for the late meal and were given a slight discount on our remaining bill. Too little, too late. I wouldn’t recommend The Irish Bar at all and it was a very disappointing end to an...
