Avoid at all costs! Before arriving I messaged the hotel and asked if we could check in early or leave our bags, they replied with “subject to availability but yes you can leave your bags”. We arrived Friday midday, asked to leave our bags so we could attend BST at Hyde Park. The female staff was rude and told us to leave and come back at 2, I asked to speak to someone else and she replied with he is in the shower and eating. Eventually, the manager came along and said your room is ready and you will be staying in room 3 for 2 nights. We got into the room to find the bed wasn’t made, curtains closed, electric vape on the side, sanitary bin was over flowing and the bedding was dirty. I asked to change rooms due to it not being clean and the manager couldn’t apologise enough, he then put us into room 3 which was a lot cleaner. The rooms could do with an update but we couldn’t moan for the price.

We went out around London on the Saturday, came back around 4 to get changed for our evening meal to find our luggage packed in the corridor. I asked what was going on and the manager replied with you’re checking out today, you have only paid for one night. At this point, I was fuming as they had been through my suitcase and personal belongings and to be told we were leaving was a disgrace. The manager then approached me as I repacked my bag saying he is sorry and he had made a mistake and he will sort it. Whilst me and my wife waited for him to sort it, another family came in to check in. They checked in on the top floor which included a lot of steps- one of the family members had a heart condition! They then came back downstairs with their cases and said we aren’t staying here as it is really dirty and the room hasn’t been cleaned. The manager then approached me and said I have a room available on the top floor- this room being the family’s room who have just walked out. After a disagreement with the manager, he refused to refund us what we had paid for but they weren’t providing. We contact booking.com who were very helpful and arranged our refund. We left London 24 hours early which spoilt our weekend away! Avoid at all costs and spend that little extra to...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in or even seen on the TV.|A triple room the size of a single with a double and a single bed crammed into a space so small that 2 people could not dress at the same time, without collision.|No storage spaces, so everything had to be dumped on the dirty floor.|No bedside light , just one ceiling strip light working from the dangerous wobbly switch by the door, the other lights in the ceiling were missing tubes.|The mattresses were straight outta the 80s and the sinking feeling that you got when laying down translated into falling out of bed if the person on the other side moved at all . One flat pillow each is all you get but that will be the least of your worries whilst clinging on for dear life to the stained mattress that wants to eject its occupant onto the floor. The noise from the rooms all around you , top, bottom, and sides was so loud, paper thin walls transmitting every movement from the heavy footed elephants in the room above. However, the room is so hot that the window has to be open all night with sounds of heavy rain and pigeons keeping you awake.|The curtains that neither fit the window or even open to reveal the detritus below, leave a level of privacy from the windows opposite, which is woefully inadequate.|The bathroom with so little space to dry yourself , if you had dared to brave the mould in there means that the only place to put anything is on the toilet. DO NOT look in the sink or shower drains , the owners never have, and it will haunt your nightmares.|The bathroom vent fan does not work so the walls are covered in wet mould.|There ISNT a level of cleanliness, everywhere is dirty, and down the sides of the beds is where the cleaner never dares to visit, and a previous guests used sock still resides.|Pat test was last carried out 4 years ago so well overdue like the cleaning and decorating. The published photos do not represent reality in any way. This is a grim hostel rather than a budget hotel, and the only good thing about it was...

this hotel is more than poor and I didn't even want to give it one star it was that bad. I had booked a 3 bedded room for my patner and I and our friend for my friends 30th birthday when we arrived at the hotel the person on duty that day said that card had been declined so we said we would pay cash, we only had 40 pound cash and we paid 10 pound on card, he took us down to the basement of the hotel and showed us our room he opened the door and in it had one bed and he brought a mattress on the floor for one of us to stay on it had no television no kettle. no shower nothing my partner and I needed a shower after our 6 hour journey on the coach to get there ready for my friends birthday. the man told my partner to have a wash in the sink, "that will do my friend" he went on to proceed by then my partner had gotten very agitated by this point and started to complain, we was not happy and this is not what we had reserved nor was it clean, the bedding and mattress that he supplied was dirty has stains all over it. the 3 of us was not impressed at all I have never been to a hotel like this in my whole entire life and I am more than disappointed and dissatisfied with their hospitality cleanliness and I think they should be shut down as I will be informing the local council about this as I think that's probably illegal. I want everyone to know just how bad this place is and if u have any sense you will not book this hotel I don't think we where the only ones disappointed with what was presented to us at the park hotel of belgrave road London sw1v 2bp, I shall also be giving my full review, and most likely to be going to the local paper as I want a full return of the money I payed as it was not what we had booked for we didn't even get the breakfast we had paid for.. I will NOT STOP until this hotel has been totally reviewed by trading standard...

I would rather spend a night in a cell than spend a night in this hotel… After being greeted by the host/receptionist and checking in, she disappeared to the room to spray febreze in the room which at the start we overlooked. This was evident as a result of witnessing this on the CCTV at the entrance to this hotel. After being directed to the room, we were greeted with mouldy skirting board, stained carpets and pillows let alone the used bar of soap and razor in this draw underneath the bathroom sink. It was apparent after 5 minutes of staying in this room that the reason for the “top up” of half a can of febreze was to disguise the smell of damp, and after a further 15 minutes, baring in mind one of the guests I was travelling with was over 20 weeks pregnant, we were all left with severe headaches. After no longer than half an hour of being in the room we decided to go elsewhere, for primarily our health and sanity with the only positive being the locality this “hotel” is situated in. When explaining to the host/receptionist the above, she phoned her manager for him to say “what damp” and to decline our request for a refund. This “hotel” must NOT continue running and would urge anyone who is considering staying here to think again when there are similarly priced hotels that are 10x better within the area for a very similar price. One month later we are still awaiting a refund and some acknowledgment following our comments and rest assured we will be taking this further following our experience. PS if anyone does consider staying here and wants a “balcony view” I’ve inserted the wonderful view you will be greeted with.

It's NOT A Hotel but a Backpacker Lounge , not good for families. Ignore as much as you can. We booked Delux Quality rooms. There are so many things to dislike this place. First of all this is NOT A HOTEL , its a Night stay lounge Or backpacker. NOT AT all good for family. Big big No. Point wise issues here. 1. We requested 30 to 45 mins early checkin by phone a day before , they agreed but when we reached at place ,staff wasn't even aware of our bookings . We were asked to stay out and come back by 2 PM . It was massive rain outside by the time . They said rooms are not clean you stay out Or keep your luggage and go out. So so unprofessional . Zero rating for this. 2. Unprofessional behaviour of Reception staff. 3. No Drinking water (at least they can give tesco 2 L bottle for a day hardly cost 50p) . 3. Unhygienic , Carpet was not cleaned at all. 4. Bed sheet had spots. 5. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly when asked to do so , multiple excuses were given .Like -- " They only have 1 lady to clean entire lounge and she gets irritated so they can't ask them to clean it again." 6. Our room access was blocked a day later , had to get access again whereas we already had 2 days stay booked. 7. Windows were broken , you will be freezed in winters 8. On name of aircon you will get cheap plastic fan. 9. Kettle wasn't clean 10. Dust around the hangers and storage area. 11. Very very compact place. No value for money.

Awful place to stay, wouldn’t even was to rate it a 1. Once give the key me and my partner entered the room which was not suitable for a customer to enter there was mould and damp all down the wall. We went to the desk to complain as I have health conditions and found staying in a mouldy room would increase these. The man at the desk phoned his manager who stayed that in order to move room they expected me to pay extra which I refused at this room is unacceptable to be on sale. Once moved into a new room, there was still damp and mould on the walls in the room. This is unacceptable to be selling to customers. This has increased my health conditions and I’m not happy that I have paid £76 and speaking with someone that believes it’s acceptable to stay in a room like this, I am very disappointed with my stay
